The meaning of the football club logo created in Khankendi has been revealed.

The logo was reported to be depicted on a battle shield. In Turkish historical-cultural heritage, the “shield” is a symbol of strength, sense of protection, security, presence and happiness.
The color blue, the color of the infinite sky, symbolizes eternity, majesty and loyalty.
The color white symbolizes honesty, justice, trust, respect, purity.
The color yellow, the color and sign of the sun in the center, is interpreted as the center of the country and the world. It represents sovereignty, eternal power, light.
Khankendi is a city built at the end of the 18th century for the recreation of the heads of the Karabakh Khanate, which at that time was one of the independent states of Azerbaijan – the Khans and their relatives. At that time, it was popularly known as “Khan’s village” because the Khan family and their relatives lived here. After some time this city is called Khankendi. The crown of the logo represents the Khanate. The city of Khankendi is one of the most charming corners of Karabakh. The khans bred purebred Karabakh horses in these beautiful places. The horse in the logo represents the Karabakh horses, including strength, pride, endurance, friendship and loyalty. The soccer ball represents the Khankendi city soccer club. An ear of wheat represents abundance, sustenance and blessing.
