The explosions occurred in the city of Izmail, in the Odessa region, Ukraine. This was reported by the Ukrainian television channel “Public” on September 27.
“Explosions were heard in Izmail, Odessa region,” – says the message.
According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an airstrike alert has been declared in the region.
That same day, explosions were reported in Odessa and Dnieper (Dnepropetrovsk). An airstrike alert was declared in the Odessa and Nikolaev regions, as well as in parts of the Kherson region controlled by the kyiv regime.
