The Minister of Education and Universities, Antoni Veracondemned this Tuesday the possible signaling acts that certain entities carry out with regard to centers in relation to the presence of the Catalan, after the A PSOE deputy from the Balearic Islands accused him of “liquidating” entities close to extreme right.
During the plenary session of the Balearic Parliament, the minister insisted on reject interference in the autonomy of centers after the PSOE accused him of allowing certain entities to put pressure on the centers in this matter.
The PSOE accused Vera of encouraging conflicts in educational centers and criticized the fact that these entities easily obtain information about the presence of Catalan in classrooms.
“There is no room for any pressure of any kind on the centers”, insisted Minister Vera, after criticizing the socialist formation, he also criticized the “ease” with which certain entities obtain information from the centers , while the opposition or the unions need months.
