The Ministry of Defense for Kazakhstan and credit offices will exchange information about recruits. Related amendments to the rules of information on the information related to the military service of military personnel, which were called to the military service, have entered the Capital Market Development Agency (ARFR) of the Republic, according to Sputnik reports.
According to the information published on the NPA Open Gate, the offices of the Ministry of Defense and Credit will provide each other information about military personnel who are under military service. This is necessary so that this information is reflected in credit reports for the citizens of Kazakhstan.
According to the standards in force, the exchange of information occurs between state bodies and credit offices, as well as the second banks. In addition, data exchange is performed between organizations that provide certain banking services, microfinance organizations and assembly agencies.
Financial organizations, such as banks and microfinance companies, are supposed to refuse to provide loans to Kazakhstan citizens, who are employed, if information is found about the date of the credit of the potential borrower.
In December 2024, Arrfr announced that banks are obligated to provide a postponement of loans to military personnel who are subject to military service.
The delay is provided without additional procedures by the borrower. No need to apply, or prefer to visit the creditor bank or sign additional papers. It is enough to provide the agenda.
At the same time, the delay does not apply to bank lending agreements, according to the existence of the court’s decision that entered into the legal force. This also applies to cases when there is an executive inscription to debt collection.
