The Ministry of Home Affairs confirms the promise to support the proper voting of elections

Ribka asked that PSU implementation should be a lesson for all parties to be more careful in conducting the future election process. Because, it relates to the stability of democracy and government in the region, which is expected to get better and better quality.

“Our validation is that the PSU should run properly, without real findings that are not too important. It is expected that similar incidents will never happen again, as the community should immediately deliver the chosen leader,” he said.

As a form of support, the Ministry of Home Affairs also contacted various relevant parties, including the General Election Commission (KPU), the Supervisory Body (Dawaslu), as well as security forces from the National Police and TNI, to create a satisfactory environment during the PSU.

Not only that, the Ministry of Home Affairs also appealed to the public to actively participate in PSU and wisely use their voting rights. Thus, it is hoped that the results of the election really reflect the goals of people to give birth to leaders who can bring about change and prosperity in their regions.
