A unanimous decision of the board of directors taken in the best interest of the company
The board of directors of the cement and construction solutions company Molins approved this Tuesday the return of its headquarters to Catalonia after having established it in Madrid in 2017, during the independence process.
In a statement sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), it clarified that the new headquarters will be located in its factory in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona), on the N-340 highway.
Company sources told Ep that “this was a unanimous decision by the board, made in the best interest of the company.”
