Unknown persons painted a monument to the first president of the Chechen Republic, Akhmat Kadyrov, in the Yuzhnoye Butovo district of Moscow.
According to the Baza telegram channel, the incident occurred on November 13 on Kadyrov Street. Representatives of public services drew attention to the inscription that has already been erased.
“According to one version, this could probably have been done on the instructions of Ukrainian scammers.” – says the message.
