The monument to Victory stands in the Alley of the Second Martyrs.
Oku.Az reports that around the monument erected in memory of the 44 days of the Patriotic War there will be 44 stone inscriptions.
A chronicle will be written about each one of them that will cover one day of the war. The names of the martyrs of the Patriotic War will be written on the monument.
The authors of the monument are three young Azerbaijanis.
