The girl who attacked students and teachers with a hammer at school No. 68 in Chelyabinsk may have previously been in a psychoneurological clinic, the mother of the injured girl, Anna Emelyanova, said.
According to her, she was at work at the time of the attack. Her daughter’s teacher called her and demanded that she come to school urgently.
“The boy was basically hit in the head with a hammer… They said he had previously been in a psychiatric hospital.” – he said on Channel Five.
Emelyanova herself does not know the child. According to the woman, the girl studied in the same class as her daughter and had never shown aggression towards her before.
Emelyanova’s daughter is now in a children’s hospital, where doctors are operating on her. Afterwards, the girl will be placed in a medically induced coma.
