THE Cristo de Gracia Musical Groupwith its brotherhood, will repeat its annual charity concert next Saturday, November 30 and will do so in order to raise funds for a child suffering from a rare disease.
The concert “The Beginning of a Dream”, which will be organized by the Ziryab Professional Conservatory of Music, will serve to support the child Adriennine years old, who suffers from Lesch-Nyhan disease, a serious global disorder of neuromotor cerebral and psychomotor development of generic origin, according to the training.
The goal is to buy one activity chair which will give him optimal pelvic position and stability and offer him many options for his psychomotor development, given that his disease affects the child in almost all aspects of daily life: speaking, walking and moving.
The presenter of the concert will be Rafael Fernández Criado, Holy Week crier of Córdoba in 2022, and the direction will be by Manuel Roldán. Last year, the Cristo de Gracia group helped Joaquín Morante improve his mobility with another concert of this nature.
At present, more than half of the tickets on sale have already been sold as the musicians continue to work to “create one of the most special concerts we have ever experienced”, they say.
THE points of sale tickets, priced at four euros, are the house of the Cristo de Gracia brotherhood (Trinitario Padre Manuel Fuentes street, without number, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.), the Rafa Fefes kiosk (Cádiz avenue, 59), the Casa Millán bar (San Juan de Letrán square), La Tienda del Cofrade (San Lorenzo square), during opening hours. Also locally during group rehearsals (Metalúrgicos street, 85).
Collaborating establishments also include Frutas Ovalle, Papelería Mundo Ideas, Ciudad Jardín Medical Center, Jartá y media. and Tavern at 6 Avenue de Barcelona. You can also contribute to the zero solidarity line, via Bizum at code 38 370. The concert will start at 6:00 p.m.
This is not the only event in which this group is immersed, since this Sunday, November 24, it is one of the seven groups present at the Gran Teatro de Córdoba, together with the Union of Bands and the City Hall, to raise funds which will allow a meeting with the victims of DANA, on the occasion of the feast of Saint Cecilia, patroness of musicians.
