The ranking of the most expensive brands in the world has been announced.
Oku.Az Gazeta.ru reports that the rating was published by “Interbrand”, a global brand consulting company.
Thus, “Apple”, “Microsoft” and “Amazon” have maintained their leadership despite the slowdown in the growth of the total value of the brands.
In 2024, its total value will increase by 3% to $3.4 trillion, the lowest growth rate in recent years.
Apple’s brand value fell 3% to $488.9 billion, which analysts attributed to a cautious approach to investing in artificial intelligence. Most of the companies included in the top ten have seen their brand values increase throughout the year. In addition to Apple, the exception was Mercedes: the brand value decreased by 4% and amounted to 58.9 billion dollars.
The top 10 includes “Google”, “Samsung”, “Toyota”, “Coca-Cola”, “Mercedes”, “McDonald’s” and “BMW”. The fastest growth was observed in “Ferrari” and “YouTube.” “, “Pandora”, “LG Electronics” and “Jordan” were placed.
Interbrand estimates the lost opportunity for brands at $3.5 trillion due to their focus on short-term results. The head of the company, Gonzalo Brujo, pointed out that with the strategic management of the brands their value could reach 6.9 billion dollars.
