According to the information, Changan’s new compact crossover “Deepal S05”, which is set to debut in October, will expand the model range of the sub-brand created for a new generation of buyers in 2022.
The “Deepal S05” features smooth design lines inspired by the UNI series and retains the brand’s distinctive features.
The length of the crossover is 4620 mm, width is 1900 mm, height is 1600 mm, and the wheelbase is 2880 mm, which guarantees maneuverability and spatial comfort for passengers.
The model is offered in two versions: electric and hybrid. The electric version is equipped with a 175 kW motor and a battery with a capacity of 56.12 kWh, allowing a range of up to 510 km.
The hybrid version includes an electric motor and a 1.5-litre engine, batteries with a capacity of 17.08 kWh and 27.28 kWh, thanks to which it is possible to travel a distance of 100 km and 155 km, respectively, in pure electric mode.
The interior of the “Deepal S05” is designed in a minimalist style using soft materials, equipped with a large central display, HUD technology and Level 2 autopilot functions for safe and comfortable driving.
