The origin of Dominique, accused of killing before 72 men raped his drugged wife

Dominique P. He seemed like a French citizen like any other. “A great guy,” as his wife told the police station before she learned about his other side. The life of this French retiree (and that of his family) changed forever in 2020: while his wife was quietly looking after their grandchildren, he was discovered recording under women’s skirts in a French shopping center.

Investigators then seized Dominique’s computer, which stored a multitude of horrors committed over the years. The worst was in a folder called “Abuse”: poster 20,000 photographs and videosincluding those of the wife raped by a multitude of men while she was, unknowingly, under the effects of chemical submission.

Via the dating site coco.fr, Disabled last June, the pensioner contacted men to rape his wife for free at her home.

Once discovered and convicted in the supermarket case, Dominique’s DNA was discovered in an old case of attempted rape. More precisely, in one of the 1999 unspecified and that Dominique P. assumed as “an impulse”, and not as an attempt at sexual assault.

The modus operandi, for its part, indicated another case: it occurred in 1991 and it ended with Rape and murder of a young real estate agentThe problem is that there is no DNA evidence and the accused is in no way admitting guilt.

The two episodes for which Dominique P. is accused occurred more than 20 years ago. The first in which he is implicated is the death of Sophie Narme, December 4, 1991 in Paris.

Narme was a real estate agent and that afternoon she had to show an apartment to a man who introduced himself under a false name. During a visit, the man surprised her with a knife, strangled her, placed her face down on the ground and made her smell ether to put her to sleep. Then he raped and killed her with the knife he was carrying.

The problem with this case is that there is no DNA that can link him. No records or anything like that. According to The World, His lawyer said the DNA was lost in the sealing service, so “there is no evidence” to link him. However, that does not prevent him from being tried if the judges so decide.

The case of Stella B. May 11, 1999 in VilleparisisThe young woman was showing an apartment to a man who had arrived there that same day.

During the visit, the man strangled her, put a box cutter under her neck, forced her to lie on her stomach, tied her hands behind her back and made her smell ether to put her to sleep.

Eventually, he took off her shoes and pulled down her pants while she was unconscious.

Before he could rape her, Stella regained consciousness and managed to free herself and scare off the attacker.

Dominique P. ended up admit the facts during the third interrogation. When it all happened, he was 46 years old and claimed to have had “an impulse.” She does not know what would have happened if she had not managed to free herself; nor whether his intention was to rape her or not. “I only intended to immobilize her… Maybe to look at her,” he assured the investigating judge according to The World. He could be charged with the crime of attempted rape with the use of a weapon.

According to the Nanterre Public Prosecutor’s OfficeWe will soon know whether an oral trial will be opened against Dominique P. for these two cases or only for the one that occurred in 1999.

The first time Dominique P.’s crime became known was in 2010. The man was surprised (as he would be 20 years later) recording in a supermarket under women’s skirts. He avoided trial by pleading guilty and paying a 100 euro fine. His DNA, however, was recorded and linked to what happened in 1999. Something still unknown prevented it from being used against him at that time.

First day of trial

The name of Dominique P. is back in the spotlight because this Monday, September 2, the trial against him is taking place and 51 other men for raping his wife between July 2011 and October 2020.

The French he drugged her without her knowing and she invited men she had met on a dating site to her home so that they could rape her for free. These events happened on more than 90 occasions and a total of 72 men went through the process. Most of them only attended the meeting once, but some showed up to the meeting up to six times. 51 people were charged (between 30 and 74 years old), two died and the rest have not been identified.

Everything was recorded on his hard drive, which police investigated after the supermarket incident in 2020. Knowing he was in the spotlight did not stop Dominique from continuing the violations, which multiplied. during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The trial will continue for the next four months before the Vaucluse Criminal Court. The men investigated as well as the 71-year-old pensioner have disparate profiles: There is a firefighter, a craftsman, a pensioner, a security guard, a journalist… In total, seven attempts at arrest were necessary to stop them all. Although some have had run-ins with the law, the majority are parents who claim not to be aware of what is happening; they simply wanted to think that they were participating in the perversion of a liberal couple.

Via a chat called “Unbeknownst to you” on the Web coco.fr, Dominique contacted the men, who he set rules for raping his wife: not smelling of tobacco, not wearing perfume, parking in a school close to the house’s neighborhood, undressing in the kitchen so as not to forget your clothes and warming your hands on the radiator. Furthermore, the pensioner assured that everyone knew that his wife had been drugged without his knowledge and that they could therefore have refused to rape her.

This happened twice, but the men did not take the matter seriously enough to report it.

The four months of trial will be in front of the public and the pressThis is what the victim and her three children wanted. The prosecution requested that the hearing be held behind closed doors, which was rejected by the judge on Monday.
