Not a single member of the European Parliament from the Czech ANO movement voted in favor of the adoption of the Resolution on strengthening EU support for Ukraine. This is clear from the voting results available on the European Parliament website.
Five of the MPs opposed it and two became the only Czech representatives of the European Parliament who did not participate in the vote. The communists also opposed Katerzyna Konieczna AND Philip Turek.
Let us remember that the ANO Movement led by the former Prime Minister Andrey Babish intends to win future parliamentary elections. At the same time, its position on Ukraine remains stable. Previously, representatives of the movement did not support a resolution calling on all EU states to lift current restrictions for Ukraine on attacks with Western weapons on Russian territory.
