Liputan6.com, jakarta – The priority program of the President of Prabowo Subianto, namely the People’s School, will soon be launched in the new academic year, which began in July 2025. This program is intended to provide free quality education for children from disadvantaged families and expand the capabilities of parents and improve the state of their residences.
The launch was also accompanied by an invitation to cooperation to various parties, especially from the business of the corporate social responsibility (CSR).

AGUS Jabo argued that public schools are not only educational programs, but also are a comprehensive solution to overcome poverty with the help of three approaches: the education of children, expanding the rights and capabilities of parents and improving employment.
“We move away from these parents of students who are certainly identified in DTSEN. His children study, parents are authorized, and we are fixed. We improve their lives, ”he explained.
Currently, as many as 100 points at the People’s School school are ready to use assets belonging to the Ministry of Social Affairs. The initial goal is aimed at 9,755 students who would immediately live in a hostel with full objects, starting on July 14, 2025, when the orientation period began.
In addition to 100 starting points, the Central Ministry of Social Affairs has matured another 100 new points, according to the leadership of the President of Prabavo. With this expansion, the total number of students aimed at training in people’s schools this year reaches more than 20 thousand people.
This program will also support 2180 teachers and 4069 education staff in order to optimally provide the process of teaching and learning.
