The Court of First Instance and Instruction number 3 of Ciudad Real, acting as guardian, decreed this Monday provisional release for the 21-year-old arrested for the fight that occurred in a bar in Malagón during which a 39-year-old man died.
The detainee is the subject of a provisional investigation because alleged perpetrator of the crime of manslaughter. Furthermore, the precautionary measure of the obligation to appear before the court on the 1st and 15th of each month was imposed.
The events occurred in the early hours of Friday to Saturday, shortly before four in the morning. The victim suffered a head injury and was transported in a resuscitation ambulance to the municipality health center, where he died.
