He hasn’t paid his rent for eight months, but on his social networks he shares a life full of luxury. Her name is Lina, she is 30 years old and she is the mother of two children. Her neighbors in Valdepeñas say she is aggressive and problematic. The situation is such that its owner, Jorge, has decided to break the silence and publicly demand payment of what he owes.
This is what he said on the show “In all mouths”, of four, where he assured that the rental contract was initially signed with Lina’s partner and not with her, and that it expired on September 24. Furthermore, he assured that during these months he had taken charge of his situation, but now he knows that he received money and wants me to pay it: “He blocked me and owes me about 2,000 euros”.
Lina, for her part, defends herself by arguing that her economic situation is complicated. “I don’t have a job contract and I have a one-year-old baby and a 12-year-old daughter. They don’t give me any help or salary,” he says. He explains that before, he paid 270 euros in rent, but now the little money he earns goes to his children.
“He set up a brothel”
The tension not only affects Jorge, but also the residents of the neighborhood, who ensure that the activity in the apartment goes beyond simple occupation. “She travels, she set up a brothel here, customers come and go constantly. “He goes out through Valdepeñas and consumes alcohol and drugs,” he denounced.
Jorge adds that Lina even threw bleach on the customers of the bar located below her house. “The only thing I want is for him to leave. The police come every day,” he said, showing his despair at the current situation.
Even if he was tolerant at the beginning, especially when Lina gave birth to her second child, Jorge assures that the situation reached a point of no return. “I understood her situation and stopped bothering her, but since she has money, I just want her to leave and pay me what he owes me”, concludes the owner.
