The Madrid Provincial Court sentenced a mobility officer of the Madrid Municipal Police to three years in prison for falsifying a complaint report in November 2022 in order to impose a fine on the alleged lover of his ex-spouse.

In his statement, the accused stated that at the time of the facts, on the afternoon of November 27, 2022, he was carrying out his duties in the Plaza de la Independencia in Madrid, narrating how the reported violation occurred.
