A first envelope of 10.6 billion euros is in progress

The decree creates the “National Response and Reconstruction Mechanism against DANA”, attached to the public company Tragsa, which will be responsible for the management, coordination and material support of the measures required by the regional and local authorities concerned.

The regulation details certain aspects of the measures announced this Tuesday by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, such as the exact amounts of direct aid or the validity of extraordinary sick leave.

Amounts of direct aid

Help for the total destruction of the habitual residence will be 60,480 euros, while it will be 41,280 euros for damage that affects the structure of the habitual residence and 20,640 euros if the structure is not concerned. For destruction or damage to essential household goods of the habitual residence, 10,320 euros will be collected and for damage to common elements of general use of a horizontal community of owners, 36,896 euros.

THE Direct aid to businesses depends on the volume of operations in 2023so that 10,000 euros will be obtained for a transaction volume less than 1 million euros, 20,000 euros if it was between 1 and 2 million, 40,000 euros if it was between 2 and 6 million , 80,000 euros if it was between 6 and 10 million euros, and 150,000 euros if it was greater than 10 million.

All this the aid will be tax exempt both personal income tax (IRPF) and corporate tax (IS). To make it easier to manage and obtain, the decree exempts you from the obligation to be up to date with tax or Social Security obligations.
