The mayor is also “convinced” that the budgets approved this Monday will be used to maintain Calvià on the path of change initiated after the legislative agreement concluded between PP and Vox in June 2023, Europa Press reports.
For his part, the new spokesperson for Vox in the Municipal Council said he was satisfied with the agreement which “balances the relationship between the two parties and guarantees the stability of the municipal government team to face the second half of the legislature and carry out our project”. for Calvià. Manuel Mas also celebrated “the progress of a project which began in 2023 and is being strengthened with this new agreement”.
Approval of budgets before December also allows the Town Hall to respect all legal deadlines, so that Calvià’s public accounts will be valid from January 1, 2025, without requiring extension.
