During the next month of September, those of Feijóo plan to register in the Senate a series of proposals that contemplate since the elimination of areas with high rents to tougher penalties for crimes related to this type of practice.

“The decisions of the Sánchez government are strangling the housing market and this situation must be reversed, housing is becoming a national emergency,” says Martín.
The Popular Party has been calling for some time for measures to be taken to put an end to the increase in crimes and offences linked to squat housing.
