The PP will hold an extraordinary steering committee to evaluate actions on the “Koldo case”

This week, the progress of the investigation of the Central Operational Unit of the Civil Guard was announced with a report that leaves at the center of attention the former Minister of Transport José Luis Ábalos, to whom the we attribute “a relevant and responsible role in his direct relationship with Koldo, Aldama and the criminal organization energized by the latter.

It is for this reason that the People’s Party decided to act. As laSexta learned, The “populars” convened an extraordinary steering committee this Sunday to assess the actions taken following new information emerging in the “Koldo case”.

That same Saturday, Alberto Nuñez Feijóo declared that the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, should have called a press conference without limit of questions to give explanations on the “Koldo affair” before attending the celebration of the National Day.

The PP leader believes that, although there are reasons to present a motion of censure against Sánchez, to date “the conditions are not met”. “We have to take out the bull’s crutch when the time is right,” he stressed in this sense. And he denounced the lack of criticism from the parties that support the Executive on the Koldo case, reason why he is convinced that the government coalition “will hold until the breakup”.

Among the reasons for this call, they point out different aspects to be mobilized. “Businessmen carrying bags of money to PSOE headquarters” or “blatant lies from the president of the government on the arrival in Spain of a Maduro vice-president” are some of the reasons for this.

They also argue that The support of the Ábalos couple was paid with “public money”in addition to the compensation that the commission agents paid to the former Minister of Transport.

In addition, they also point out the existence of “bought civil guards” or Francina Armengol, whose trust with those involved in the plot was such that they called her “sweetheart”.

For all this, they emphasize that Alberto Núñez Feijóo called urgently to its management committee to evaluate possible responses to these events.

The “popular” was already waiting for the cell phones of those involved in the plot to be abandoned to summon Sánchez to the senatorial commission, a movement that could come closer if the extraordinary commission convened this Sunday agrees that it will begin around 11 a.m. and then a press conference by the Secretary General, Cuca Gamarra, is expected.
