Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded Polad Bulbuloglu the Order of Alexander Nevsky for his services in strengthening cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan.
Oku.Az According to the “RIA Novosti” agency, the Russian head of state signed a decree in this regard today.
It should be noted that Polad Bulbuloglu served as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Russia in the period 2006-2024.
