The Latvian apartment of Honored Artist of Russia Arkady Ukupnik is located in the elite residential complex Marienbādes Nams in Jurmala, which he calls his second home. This is reported by the “Pasión” portal.
According to the publication, the cost of apartments in this complex varies between 400,000 and 650,000 euros for apartments with an area of 100 to 190 square meters. Prices depend on the size of the apartments and the renovations carried out in them; In total, the 11-story building is designed for 32 apartments. It was built in 2003 and is located in the “dune zone”.
As reported EADailyIn September 2022, Ukupnik denied rumors about the sale of the apartment in Jurmala. He noted that he was there that year and hoped to be there later.
“Now it is difficult to sell something both in Moscow and abroad. For now I live and work here in Moscow. I don’t think about what will happen tomorrow. I am a person who lives for today.” – he told Moskovsky Komsomolets.
This summer, Ukupnik’s car was seen near one of the supermarkets in Jurmala, simultaneously occupying three parking spaces for disabled people, which caused an avalanche of criticism on social networks.
