For the initiator of the attack, thinking that the victim was recording him, Diego MM, and for his then girlfriend, Catherine SB, 25 years in prison are required for murder with treason and cruelty and aggravated discrimination due to sexual orientation of the victim. . In the case of the young woman, they propose a subsidiary qualification of accomplice to the crime of murder for having “facilitated the actions” of the other people involved. In this case, the proposed sentence is 14 and a half years.
Alejandro FG, known as Yumba, and Kaio ASC are attributed “active participation” in the events, for which they are seeking 22 and 27 years in prison respectively. For the second, it is five more years because the crime of violent theft of the victim’s cell phone is added.
