For the prosecution, they acted “in flagrant violation of what was legally established; that is, non-compliance with Regulatory Ordinance Number 5 on Street or Non-Sedentary Sales in the Municipality of Villarrubia de Santiago. In its article 5, according to the public prosecutor, it is established that “the licenses will have a duration of one year, extendable, and may be revoked in the event of non-compliance with the conditions to which they are subject”.
