THE Anti-corruption prosecution asked the judge Santiago Pedraz to order the entry into prison of businessman Víctor de Aldamacommissioner of theKoldo affair‘, arrested last Monday by the Civil Guard in an operation against a fraud of 182 million euros in hydrocarbons.
In this one, 13 other people were arresteds who, also, were brought before the courts this morning. Among them, Aldama’s partner linked to the oil company Villafuel, Claudio Rivas.
According to the investigation, led by Santiago Pedraz, president of the Central Instruction Court number 5 of the National Court, in coordination with the anti-corruption prosecutor Luis Pastor, the alleged criminal organization had a series of instrumental business executivesused both for fraud against the public treasury as for him background whitenings obtained illegally.
