The PSOE of Andalusia will take to court the splitting of Commission contracts “in fraud of the law”

First reactions to the exclusive information from elDiario.es Andalucía according to which the government of Juan Manuel Moreno divided thousands of minor contracts of the Andalusian Health Service “in fraud of the law” with which it distributed 458 million euros . The leader of the opposition and general secretary of the Andalusian PSOE, Juan Espadas, announced that his party would take legal action against certain “allegedly criminal acts” and demanded “explanations and responsibilities” from the President of the Council.

Espadas thus expressed himself on his account of the social network Health and Consumption, recalled the leader of the PSOE-A, who demanded from Moreno “immediate explanations and responsibilities for these allegedly criminal acts, because all this was hidden and denied.” at the seat of Parliament.

In statements subsequently published by the PSOE of Andalusia, Espadas stressed that the auditors’ report “confirms what we, at the PSOE, have been denouncing for more than a year, namely the non-compliance with public procurement regulations , the abuse of emergency measures to contract, to contract manually without procedure with private health care and now obviously also since the auditors denounce the use of this practice which is fraudulent and which is obviously denounceable from this splitting of contracts in the pharmaceutical expenses.

For all this, the socialist leader demanded “an immediate explanation and obviously the taking of responsibilities on the part of the Ministry of Health and logically we will proceed to court to denounce all these facts which are added to those that we have already denounced of abuse.” and the diversion of resources to private health care without any control for several years.
