FRs were found in 85% of the products analyzed, with total FR concentrations up to 22,800 mg/kg. Detected RFs include the restricted compound deca-BDEwhich was widely used in electronic enclosures, as well as its replacements decabromodiphenylethane (DBDPE) and 2,4,6-Tris(2,6-tribromophenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine (TBPP-TAZ) as well as compound associated with 2,4,6-tribromophenol (2,4,6-TBP), recently detected in breast milk.
