For this reason, Jokovi visited the metropolitan police of Jakarta to make a police report on April 30, 2025.
In their report, the registered party is still in the investigation, it is threatened by a violation of Article 310 of the Criminal Code and or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and or or Article 35 JO 51 paragraph 1 of Law No. 11 of 2008, in relation to ITE, which was amended to Law No. 1 of 2024.
After receiving the report, the police took the investigation steps. In total, there were 24 people who were questioned as witnesses at the clarification stage.
“Until today, there are at least 24 witnesses who have received information at the recess stage during the investigation,” he said.
