The councilors and a large part of the team that makes up the Popular Party of Casarrubuelos attended all the official events scheduled in the neighboring town of Griñón with the rest of the parties and corporations of the municipalities of Cubas de la Sagra, Griñón and Serranillos del Valle. The celebration takes place in Griñón because it is the largest municipality in the area and it is where the Civil Guard station is located, which provides coverage for the rest of the neighboring municipalities.
“The fact that the rest of the Más Madrid councilors did not want to attend is an ugly gesture and a lack of respect towards society and the Civil Guard,” deplores the opposition of the municipality. “These events allow us not only to commemorate our traditions, but also to highlight firm institutional support for the Civil Guard post of Griñón, which plays a crucial role in the security of Casarrubuelos”, they add from the PP.
“This attitude is not only inappropriate, but represents an absolute lack of respect both for Casarrubuelos and for the institutional image, our neighbors and the agents of the Civil Guard,” they conclude.
