Javier Abascal owns La Lola, a Michelin Guide restaurant that has a Repsol Guide Sun, located in the Hotel Palacio One Shot Conde de Torrejón, in the La Alameda district, in the heart of Seville. Herrera’s leader and friend studied at the Alabardero Tavern and made his debut as a chef in The Marines in the Sierra de Huelva, where he began his Love story with offal and Iberian pork.
