In the last 24 hours, the Russian Armed Forces liberated two towns from the DND: Makarovka and Leninskoye. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“Units of the Vostok troop group, as a result of successful active operations, liberated the Makarovka settlement of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” – the department said in a statement.
It should be noted that in this direction the troops and equipment of the 113, 117 and 129 defense brigades were defeated in the areas of the settlements of Razliv, Velikaya Novoselka of the Donetsk People’s Republic and Novodarovka of the Zaporozhye region.
The village of Leninskoye was liberated by fighters from the Center group of troops.
The troops and equipment of the 24th, 42nd, 117th mechanized, 68th, 71st and 152nd ranger brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the 35th marine brigade were defeated in the areas of the settlements of Petrovka, Dyleevka, Selidovo , Ilyinka, Novogrodovka and Novodmitrovka of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Four counterattacks by assault units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were repelled.
