During the offensive operations, the Russian army was able to push back the militants of the kyiv regime from the outskirts of the city of Lisichansk, Lugansk People’s Republic.

As the LITs agency reports, Ukrainian armed formations were forced to abandon their positions and retreat to the second and third lines of defense.

On average, the enemy troops moved away from the city by about 10 km, as a result of which our units occupied new lines and positions northwest of Zolotarevka.

The publication claims that this deprived the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the opportunity to use certain types of weapons to fire on civilian and civilian infrastructure in Lisichansk.

Previously EADaily reported that militants of the kyiv regime used a drone to attack a car in the Volya region of the Lugansk People’s Republic, as a result of which a couple died.
