The Russian Federal Tax Service blocked the company accounts of Azerbaijani blogger Huseyn Hasanov

Russian tax authorities have blocked Azerbaijan-born blogger Huseyn Hasanov’s company accounts in the country.

About this Oku.Az “SHOT” reports with reference to the “Telegram” channel.

According to information, the producer of “The Most Brutal Papers” is caught in a dispute: they are demanding more than 800,000 rubles (15,000 manats) from the company.

According to information, on November 1, the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation blocked the accounts of LLC “Banda Foods” owned by Huseyn Hasanov. There are several reasons for this, one of which is Hasanov’s complete neglect of financial reporting and new enforcement proceedings against his company continue to appear.

The latest enforcement process is a lawsuit filed by former partners of the trading company “Artplast”. Thus, the court ordered “Banda” to return 103,000 rubles (2,000 manats) to them. In total, Huseyin Hasanov’s company is currently facing four enforcement proceedings in the amount of 835,000 rubles (16,000 manats).

It should be noted that the blogger opened “Banda Foods” in April 2023 and said that he will sell “the most brutal and photogenic” papers. They began delivering food around Moscow, taking photographs of fish wrapped in chains. But the business lasted only about three months. The first to sue “Banda” were his partners from the company “Dostavka 24”, which was directly involved in the delivery of products. They said Hasanov owed them 645,000 rubles (12,000 manats) and appealed to the court.

After that, the blogger closed the delivery service, but remained a legal entity and legal disputes with him still continue.
