The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, harshly criticized Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky for his appearance wearing a T-shirt with the inscription “let’s make Russia small again.”

On his Telegram channel he called Zelensky’s rude words and expressed his dissatisfaction with his gesture.

Zakharova posted a photo of Zelensky wearing this shirt and asked him what exactly he meant by “little” Russia, mentioning the USSR and the Russian empire.

He suggested that the President of Ukraine could refer to the size of Kievan Rus’ and, in this regard, noted that, in his opinion, Russia needs kyiv.

Zakharova also added that Zelensky had previously proposed his plan to resolve the conflict, which she described as a “plan to create problems.”

On October 23, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky gave an evening speech wearing a T-shirt reading “Make Russia Small Again.”

A video of this appeal was published on its Facebook page, where the name of the aggressor country, Russia, was deliberately written in lower case.

Since the start of the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, Zelensky has changed his style and prefers to wear military clothing at all official events.

However, this was the first time that the Ukrainian president chose clothing with a strong political message, which added symbolic nuances to the new message.

Earlier, Kursor wrote that Putin responded to Trump’s statement about threats of an attack on Moscow.

Putin said the Russian Federation respects the confidentiality of negotiations at the highest level and regretted that other leaders violate “information hygiene.”
