The Russian government approved the draft federal budget for 2025-2027.
“Approve the draft federal law “On the federal budget for 2025 and for the planning period of 2026 and 2027″ and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner”, – says the government decision.
As indicated in the draft budget, in 2025 the revenues of the Federal Treasury will increase to 40 trillion 296 billion rubles. This is almost 12% more than in 2024. At the same time, the share of non-oil and gas revenue will increase to 73%.
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted that this will increase financing of obligations, programs and projects. Federal spending in 2025 will increase to 41 trillion 469.5 billion rubles. Therefore, the deficit will be around 0.5% of GDP. A significant part of the resources is allocated to the implementation of national projects.
