The Russian Ministry of Finance has introduced a set of anti-dumping measures for small businesses

Economists from the Russian Ministry of Finance have prepared a set of measures that should help small businesses get rid of “tax dumping”As RBC reports today, September 25, it is known that restrictions on the registration of small businesses in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation with low taxes will begin to be applied in Russia. In this case, entrepreneurs will have to pay taxes at the same level for another three years.

The author of the corresponding proposal to combat the nominal migration of legal entities is the Deputy Director of the Ministry of Finance. Alexei SazanovSazanov’s team has formulated a number of changes that will affect the activities of companies and individual entrepreneurs.

“These changes are intended to prevent unjustified tax benefits from being received when re-registering a company in other regions.” — the department clarified.
