Banwangs – The process of searching for victims of immersion KMP Tun Pratama Jaya in Bali Strait continues to expand. The team of joint search and help (SAR), expanding the search area of 28 people, was not found.
The deputy search and rescue operation, the readiness of the Basarns, first Admiral Ribit Eco Suunto said that the united team of SAR was looking for victims, optimizing the main tool for SAR operation on the second day. Three helicopters and planes that combed the Bali Strait area also participated in the search.
“SAR works both at sea, air, and land for the effectiveness of search and help,” said Ribit Eco Suyanto to reporters in the port of Ketapan, Banuvang, on Friday (4/7/2025).
The search operation with the participation of this joint team was also used by the state ship Permadi (KN) and the state ship Arjuna (KN), as well as several other SAR ships. Even the search team mobilized a number of divers who will look for several points.
Search using KN SAR Permadi, KN Sar Arjuna and several other SAR ships were held at night. So flexibility does not interfere with the intersection of Ketapan-gylimanuk’s path.
