On the first school day of the new academic year, Fataga Aliyev, headmaster of the secondary school in the village of Ismetli in the Bilasuvar region, was on trial.
Ekonomiyyat.az reports that this is related to the director’s violation of labour legislation. Thus, F. Aliyev is accused of illegally dismissing the employee.
Therefore, the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population prepared fine protocols against the school director based on articles 192.4 and 192.6 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
The case was then forwarded to the district court for consideration and the case will be investigated under the presidency of Judge Madina Rasulova.
Article 192.4 of the Labor Code stipulates that when calculating and paying an employee’s labor and vacation allowances, travel expenses, daily allowances and other payments provided for by labor legislation, except for errors made as a result of mathematical calculations, officials shall be fined from seven hundred manats to one thousand five hundred manats. Article 192.6 stipulates that officials shall be fined from one thousand five hundred manats to two thousand manats for terminating an employee’s employment contract in violation of the requirements of labor legislation.
