The second round of the presidential elections will be held in Moldova on Sunday.

In the first round of voting held on October 20, Sandu obtained 42.49% (656,852 voters) and Stoyanoglo 25.95% (401,215 voters).
In the first round, 1 million 562 thousand 705 voters participated in the elections, that is, 51.68 percent of the voters included in the voter lists. In the first round, 11 presidential candidates competed, four of them receiving less than one percent of the votes.
According to the decision of the Central Election Commission, 2,219 polling stations will be open for voting today.
