This Tuesday, the Senate will withdraw from the plenary agenda the bill which reforms the organic law relating to the exchange of information on criminal records and the review of criminal judicial decisions in the European Union . The legal modification, according to the interpretation of several jurists, benefits dozens of members of ETA and would even allow the immediate release of several of them, including the bloodthirsty Txapote.
This was confirmed by this newspaper from official PP sources, who also add that they will demand that the Spanish government “uses its power to withdraw this legal reform from which up to 44 members of ETA could benefit.” According to article 127 of the Regulations of Congress, the Executive can withdraw any legislative project at any time during its processing, even the day before its vote.
The intention of the people is to give the PSOE time to Pedro Sanchez to “show” that he does not agree with the amendment presented by Sumar, minority partner of the government, which aims to benefit terrorists who have already served years in prison in France or in other countries of the European Union. “This way we will know what the true will of the Executive was,” these sources explain. “The responsibility to overturn this decision remains in your hands.”
