The son accused of killing his mother before the judge

The preliminary investigation of the criminal case against Kamran Shukurzade, born in 1991, suspected of having intentionally killed his mother in the Garadagh district of Baku, has been concluded.

According to Modern.az, the materials collected in the case were sent to the Baku Serious Crimes Court for investigation.

The criminal case was handed over to Judge Anar Sadigov. A criminal case was opened against Kamran Shukurzade under article 120.2.4 of the Criminal Code (murder with special cruelty or generally dangerous method).

It should be recalled that on July 20, around 7 o’clock, the prosecutor’s office received information about the murder of Aybeniz Shukurova, born in 1967, in the area of ​​the Umid settlement, in the Garadagh region.

According to investigations and personal relationships, Aybeniz Shukurova’s son was suspected of having intentionally killed his mother by wounding her with a knife.

It should be noted that if the crime of the accused in the aforementioned article is proven, the person will be punished with deprivation of liberty of fourteen to twenty years or life imprisonment.
