The son of Norway’s Crown Prince Marius Borg Heyby has been arrested by police.
About this Oku.Az “Bild” reports with reference to the “Telegram” channel.
According to reports, he was arrested for violating a court order. According to the court’s decision, he was therefore prohibited from approaching the young woman he attacked on the night of August 4.
“The police received information that Heibi tried to contact the victim several times. Based on this, the police filed a complaint about his behavior and the decision was made to arrest him due to the risk of a repeat offense,” said prosecutor Andreas Krushevski.
According to Heybi’s lawyer, Eyvind Bratle, his client was arrested for contacting the victim by phone using a secret number on September 7, as the investigation claims.
“My client denies this and pleads not guilty,” Bratlen added.
It should be noted that Marius Borg Heybi was first put behind bars on August 4 for attacking his girlfriend and destroying her apartment. Photographs released from the apartment show a chandelier torn from the ceiling and a knife hanging on the wall. He was arrested immediately afterwards but released a day later. Heybi is accused of causing minor injuries and property damage.
“After the argument, under the influence of alcohol and cocaine, I attacked the woman and destroyed the things in the apartment,” Heybi said.
