The State Duma commented on Dolina’s desire to receive state protection

Elena Drapeko, First Deputy Chairwoman of the State Duma Committee on Culture (“Fair Russia, for Truth”), supported People’s Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina after seeing news reports about the singer’s desire to be placed under state protection after receiving threatening messages.

“Besides being a famous artist, she is not a very young person. And judging by what happened, she probably doesn’t have people who can protect her and with whom she can consult. Because everyone is shocked.” — the MP told Lente.ru.

Drapeko noted that Larisa Dolina is well known in the State Duma as a “reasonable woman” and the deputy chairwoman of the culture committee knows the singer.

“And suddenly she did something strange. In this situation, of course, it is necessary to emphasize state protection.” – Drapeko is sure.

As reported EADailyOn the morning of August 13, unknown persons attempted to break into Dolina’s apartment, claiming that it was their property.

According to Telegram channel 112, when employees of the HOA tried to find out who the strangers were, one of them showed a foreign citizen’s passport in English. The “owners” did not present any other documents.

At the same time, the artist’s Instagram account was hacked.*. Scammers began posting messages in the name of Dolina in support of Ukraine and with calls to donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It was previously reported that the artist’s apartment was put up for auction by scammers.

Dolina later confirmed that she had been the victim of sophisticated and planned fraudulent activities by individuals from Ukraine. A criminal case was opened in connection with this, the artist herself was recognised as a victim and her apartment was seized.

The next day, the messenger was detained and then arrested. Angela TsyrulnikovaIt was through this messenger that the victim transferred funds to the scammers.

The singer subsequently filed a lawsuit against the buyer of her apartment, demanding that the deal be declared invalid. If she wins in court, Dolina will have to reimburse the defendant for expenses of 112 million rubles. However, if it turns out that the buyer knew about the involvement in the scam, she will lose the apartment and will not receive any compensation.

Now, according to the Telegram channel Baza, the singer is receiving demands to evict her from the apartment sold as part of the scam with threats of murder and serious damage to her personal health and that of her daughter. She asked for her home and property to be protected and asked to be placed under state protection.
