The supermarket chain “Araz” Academia de Araz continues with the internship program “First Step in the Career”. More than 220 young people have participated in the program since 2022. in 2022 33, 71 in 2023 and 117 in 2024 graduated from the programme. They have experience in various structures such as human resources, finance-accounting, quality control, stock management, marketing, IT. 76 people who participated in the paid internship programme obtained jobs in the corresponding structures of the company.
The purpose of the internship programme is to contribute to the development of personnel potential in our country, to provide an opportunity for young people with higher education to gain experience in a professional working environment and to support their employment. The project provides young people with the opportunity to learn and gain experience working in various areas of the retail sector.
Young people who enter the “Araz” Academy receive initial training and then participate in the experience in various structures of the company. Young people who begin their working life at “Araz” develop their knowledge and skills by participating in various projects and daily operations of the company. In addition, they have taken the first steps towards professional advancement at “Araz”.
