The Supreme Court confirms the conviction of the PP as subsidiary civil responsible in the “Bárcenas papers”

The Second Chamber of the Supreme Court confirmed in substance the judgment of the “Bárcenas Papers” which condemned for misdemeanor the two administrators of Unifica SL, the agency responsible for carrying out the reform at the headquarters on rue Génova.
