The ruling “Taliban” movement in Afghanistan has applied to join the United Nations (UN).
Oku.AzAccording to information from the “Tolo News” television channel, this was stated by Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.
He said that the “Taliban” strives to maintain positive relations with all countries.
“The Islamic Emirate is willing to cooperate with all countries on any issue,” said the deputy minister.
He also expressed the hope that Afghanistan will take its place in the UN or any other organization so that the people can express their problems and put an end to the difficulties.
Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai also added that the current government does not have any problem with any country.
“The Islamic Emirate wants to establish friendly relations with the world, as well as with countries like Russia, China and the United States,” said the deputy minister, stressing that Afghanistan does not want to enter into conflict or enter into conflict with anyone.
