“No federal judge has the authority to dictate immigration policy, and this power belongs to Congress and the president,” said the press secretary of the White House Ebigail Jackson on Saturday.
She added: “We expect this crime will be corrected to the judiciary during the appeal.”
The judge in the state of California made a decision on Friday, admitted that the federal authorities arrest people without any justified basis and did not allow them to communicate with lawyers.
