The TSJ of Madrid rejects the complaint of Pedro Sánchez against the investigating judge of Begoña Gómez

The decision, notified this Friday, was adopted with the agreement of judges Celso Rodríguez Padrón, who presides over the court; Francisco José Goyena and Jesús María Santos, who provided a dissenting vote to the concurrent resolution to inadmissibility, but bring their own nuance: that the Chamber should have put in writing that this complaint “states, even with garish evidence, of repeated behavior exercise “abusive criminal action, in violation of procedural good faith”.
